We are looking for a self-driven and responsible HR Manager who can work independently without micromanagement.

Work From Home (Candidates from Pune or Kutch preferred)

Minimum 1 year in HR (Recruitment, coordination, basic HR operations)
💰 Salary:
Up to ₹15,000 per month
🕘 Work Mode:
Remote, with occasional travel to:
Client offices
Job fairs / campus drives (as required)
🎯 Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR coordination
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Good communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable with occasional field visits
