Role:
Kutch Mahila Vikas Sangathan is inviting applications for a Program Anchor under the Anjar City Project. The role focuses on working with women and vulnerable communities in urban areas, by creating leadership through organisation of women living in informal settlements and working as street vendors.

Key Requirements:
✅3–5 years of experience working with women and vulnerable communities in urban contexts
✅ Good knowledge of urban government policies, schemes & facilities
✅ MSW or equivalent qualification
✅ A strong approach to community work centered on empowering residents and fostering local autonomy

Preferred Qualifications:
✨ Prior experience working with street vendors, government stakeholders and marginalized women
✨ Gujarati speaking
