What We're Looking For:

**Experience:** 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience in electrical operations and maintenance within a captive power plant and switchyard (Sub Station) setting.
- **Expertise:** Deep knowledge of power distribution systems, electrical equipment, and industry safety standards.
- **Leadership:** Proven track record in leading and mentoring electrical teams to achieve operational excellence.
- **Skills:** Strong in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Your Qualifications:
- **Degree:** B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or higher-your expertise will shape the future of our plant!
