Role: Kutch Mahila Vikas Sangathan is looking for a passionate Assistant Program Coordinator for the
Samvedna Program, who will be working with female sex workers across Kutch to ensure dignity and access to services by creating community-led leadership among FSW women.

Key Requirements:
Women candidates only
✓ Proficiency in English and Hindi
Strong report writing skills
Willingness for intensive field visits
✓ MSW or equivalent / Bachelor's degree with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Independent and proactive in taking initiatives
Knowledge of urban government policies & facilities, with ability to frame strategies for outreach
Prior experience working with female sex workers
