QUALIFICATION:
Graduate + MBA-HR/MSW/MLW/MHRD

Min. 10-15 Years experience in Manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge and hands on experience in Talent Acquisition, Induction & Orientation, PMS, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, HR-MIS etc.

Preference would will be given to candidate from Pipe/Steel Industry, having exposure in Documentations and Audit related to ISO/API certification.
