Caretaker (Urgent Requirement)
📍 Location: Mandvi Farm, Kutch (Gujarat)
🧑🌾 Position: Agriculture Caretaker
🌱 Crops: Pomegranate & Cotton
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
🧪 Experience: Minimum 1–2 years (Farm / Caretaker experience)
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day supervision of agricultural activities
- Managing farmland and crop operations (Pomegranate & Cotton)
- Maintenance of irrigation systems, fencing, and farm equipment
- Coordinating with farm workers for timely operations
- Basic office work & computer handling (emails, records)
- Regular communication and reporting to Head Office
🎓 Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / B.Sc. Agriculture
(Bachelor’s/Diploma in Agriculture preferred) - Experience in farm management or agricultural work
- Knowledge of cotton & fruit crops (pomegranate preferred)
- Basic computer and office administration skills
- Languages: Hindi / Gujarati (Basic English preferred)
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking
