We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with hands-on experience in rice milling and processing to manage daily production activities, workers, and overall production operations.
*Key Responsibilitie*
Supervise rice milling, sorting, grading, and processing operations.
Monitor production machines and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Manage workers, loaders, and shift activities.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved.
Maintain quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Maintain daily production and shift records.
Minimize wastage, downtime, and production losses.
Handle day-to-day production issues and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Rice Mill / Rice Processing is mandatory.
Good knowledge of rice milling and production processes.
Experience in worker and team handling.
Ability to manage production targets and solve operational issues.
Knowledge of quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
