Roles & Responsibilities: -

  1. Handle daily HR operation activity.
  2. Clearly define and monitor the HR team’s objectives.
  3. Make sure that employees’ requests and grievances are addressed promptly by the HR department.
  4. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  5. Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  6. Ensure Statutory Compliances with labour laws and HR policies.
  7. Manage performance appraisals and training programs.
  8. Talent Acquisition (Expertise in Labor hiring & Semi Skill hiring).
  9. HR MIS prepare (Recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, Payroll.
  10. Responsible for planning and execution of annual employee engagement calendar.
  11. Responsible to prepare annual HR budget and contribute in company annual budget.
  12. Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
  13. Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
  14. Company culture: Help build an employer brand, and coordinate between various departments.
  15. HR systems: Maintain and improve HR systems.
  16. Create and execute business policies that support a safe and healthy workplace.
  17. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  18. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
