Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Handle daily HR operation activity.
- Clearly define and monitor the HR team’s objectives.
- Make sure that employees’ requests and grievances are addressed promptly by the HR department.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
- Ensure Statutory Compliances with labour laws and HR policies.
- Manage performance appraisals and training programs.
- Talent Acquisition (Expertise in Labor hiring & Semi Skill hiring).
- HR MIS prepare (Recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, Payroll.
- Responsible for planning and execution of annual employee engagement calendar.
- Responsible to prepare annual HR budget and contribute in company annual budget.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Company culture: Help build an employer brand, and coordinate between various departments.
- HR systems: Maintain and improve HR systems.
- Create and execute business policies that support a safe and healthy workplace.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
