About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive IT Executive to manage and maintain our IT systems, networks & ERP Support, ensuring smooth operations, security, and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and overall IT infrastructure.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
Implement and manage security controls, system updates, and backup processes.
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Support ERP systems (MMD3 & CTS) and coordinate closely with the Operations team for seamless functionality.
Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and continuous infrastructure optimization initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems, or network administration.
Strong expertise in computer hardware, networking, and virtualization technologies.
Working knowledge of backup solutions and cybersecurity best practices.
Industry certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, VMware, or equivalent are an added advantage.
