Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales efforts within a designated geographic area,developing new business opportunities, and nurturing existing customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry and strong leadership skills to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned geographic area.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities,including potential clients, projects, and partnerships.
• Manage and nurture existing customer
relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to create and execute sales plans, forecasting, and budgeting for the designated area.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives within the area, providing coaching and guidance.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to make informed strategic decisions.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, contracts,and pricing agreements with clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and records to track progress and performance.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related
field. MBA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of TMT steel and its
applications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned
geographic area as needed.
