🎓 Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Tech./M.Tech. (Chemical Engineering/Industrial Chemistry)
🏭 Industry: Bentonite, Minerals, Chemicals, Industrial Minerals, Mining, Ceramics, Foundry
👨💼 Experience: 2–3 years as QC Head / Head – Quality Control in a manufacturing industry
Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Lead the QC department and ensure product quality
✔️ Implement ISO 9001 quality systems and standards
✔️ Manage raw material, in-process & finished goods testing
✔️ Handle customer complaints, CAPA & root cause analysis
✔️ Conduct quality audits and prepare MIS/KPI reports
✔️ Lead the QC team and drive continuous quality improvement
