💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000/month
👨🔬 Experience: 3–4+ years as an R&D Head or in a similar leadership role in a manufacturing industry
Preferred Industries: ✅ Bentonite ✅ Industrial Minerals ✅ Chemicals ✅ Foundry ✅ Drilling Fluids ✅ Construction Chemicals ✅ Ceramics
Educational Qualification: 🎓 M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Tech./M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering, Mineral Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead new product development and product improvement initiatives. ✔ Develop innovative bentonite-based products and customized solutions. ✔ Conduct laboratory research, product trials, and process optimization. ✔ Collaborate with Production, QC, and Sales teams. ✔ Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001. ✔ Lead innovation projects and mentor the R&D team.
