Qualifications And Skills 

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in back office, procurement or purchasing role. 

• Strong negotiation and communication skills. 

• Proficient in using MS Excel and Gmail. 

Roles And Responsibilities 

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate contracts to receive favorable terms. 

• Ensure all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures. 

• Track orders to ensure timely delivery. 

• Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide timely solutions
