Overview

As a Back Office Executive, you will play a crucial role in the organization by ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the back office. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall productivity and success of the company. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating with other departments, clients, and maintaining accurate records in soft & hard copy, which are essential for the smooth functioning of the business.


Key responsibilities

  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Managing and updating company databases
  • Coordinating with various departments within the organization
  • Handling and resolving customer queries
  • Preparing various reports in MS excel
  • Assisting with inventory management
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Processing and managing confidential documents
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to departmental goals


Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream 
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to tasks
