Reporting To: C&I Manager / Maintenance Head
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial instruments and control systems.
Troubleshoot and maintain sensors, transmitters, control valves, PLCs, and field instruments.
Monitor and maintain process control systems to ensure smooth plant operations.
Perform calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of instrumentation equipment.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain calibration records, maintenance logs, and technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Required Skills
Practical knowledge of industrial instrumentation and process control systems.
Basic understanding of PLC, SCADA, and automation systems.
Experience in instrument calibration, loop checking, and fault diagnosis.
Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industrial safety practices and preventive maintenance.
