About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate based in Ahmedabad to join our growing team. This is a work-from-home role, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, understands sales fundamentals, and can independently manage leads and conversions.

Candidates with prior healthcare sales experience will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, and email

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline

Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

You need to travel to locations if required.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in sales or business development

Prior experience in healthcare / medical / hospital-related sales is a major plus

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently

Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems is preferred
