Omni Hospiventures is a leading name in the hospitality industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service and unforgettable experiences in Travel & Tourism, Hotels & Resorts, and Restaurant Management. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team for our Pure Veg. Multi-cuisine Restaurant situated in Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Captain is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff to ensure efficient and smooth service.
  • Greet guests and assist in seating them comfortably, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
  • Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of staff, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and monitor supply usage to minimize waste.
  • Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification – SSC Pass (minimum requirement)
  • F&B Background. Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities and a team-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
