💼 Experience: 15–18 Years in Plant/Factory HR
🔹 Strong expertise in Labour Laws, Factory Act, IR, ER & Statutory Compliance
🔹 Experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning
🔹 Exposure to USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP, EU-GMP & other regulatory audits
🔹 Experience in Contract Labour, Payroll & Compliance
🔹 HRMS, HR Analytics/MIS & Digital HR knowledge
🔹 Leadership experience managing an HR team
🔹 Gujarati communication is mandatory
🔹 Willingness to relocate to Gandhidham
