*Job Summary*
Experienced Sr. Manager HR with 8 to 10 years of proven expertise in handling bulk recruitment and managing onboarding processes efficiently. Responsible for driving large-scale hiring campaigns, streamlining HR operations related to recruitment, and ensuring smooth induction and engagement of new hires for Adani Solar project at Mundra.

*Key Responsibilities*
Lead end-to-end bulk recruitment drives to meet project manpower requirements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and finalizing candidates.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure timely and seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
Coordinate with project and HR teams to understand manpower demand and plan recruitment strategies accordingly.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, generate reports to track hiring progress and attrition rates.
Develop and implement onboarding programs, including induction training, policy briefings, and compliance formalities.
Act as a key point of contact for candidates and new employees, addressing queries and ensuring a positive joining experience.
Support HR operations by coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documents.

*Qualifications & Experience*
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8 to 10 years of experience in HR with strong focus on bulk recruitment and onboarding.
Experience working in large projects or related sectors (preferably manufacturing/solar/energy).
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing channels, and ATS systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle large volumes of recruitment simultaneously.
