About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Design Engineer Mechanical to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will bring mechanical engineering expertise to support the design, development, testing, and manufacturing processes for Kaolin clay and M Sand processing plants.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver in-house mechanical design and
development support across projects.
2. Translate client requirements into functional
design specifications and engineering drawings.
3. Develop conceptual and detailed designs,
including layouts, BOMs, prototypes, and mechanical
part/assembly drawings.
4. Assemble and conduct functional testing of
prototypes.
5. Research and implement emerging technologies
to enhance product performance and reliability.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams
consisting of engineers and scientists.
7. Maintain a strong network of external partners, customers, research organizations, and regulatory bodies.
8. Provide clear documentation of technical data,
design decisions, calculations, and methodologies in
compliance with quality standards.
9. Assist in the procurement process by specifying,
evaluating, and testing new equipment.
10. Prepare comprehensive client reports and
support business development efforts in technical
communication.
11. Take full ownership of weekly work plans and
deliverables, ensuring alignment with project
timelines and stakeholder expectations.
12. Ensure compliance with company procedures, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in:
Machine manufacturing M Sand plants
Kaolin plants

Equipment such as conveyors, thickener tanks, filter press machines, silos, hoppers, crushers, etc.

Proficiency in Solid Edge, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.

Experience in turnkey projects is a strong advantage.
