Job role:
Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategic objectives.

Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.

Conduct site visits across India to assess HR needs and ensure consistency.

Lead employee relations efforts and support
recruitment activities.

Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven
decision-making

Minimum 8+ years of HRBP or generalist experience

Strong understanding of Indian employment laws and HR practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat Region.

Candidate should be fluent with Gujarati/Hindi
