Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support Engineer(L1) to deliver exceptional IT support services to end users, including VIPS, at our onsite location. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations through effective troubleshooting, asset
management, and collaboration with backend teams.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide end-user & VIP support for hardware, software, Office 365, and video conferencing.
*Perform L1 troubleshooting for LAN, printers, and endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, EPOS, e-Gates).
*Manage IT assets, maintain inventories, and execute IMAC activities as per policy.
*Support end-user projects such as OS upgrades and compliance tool installations.
*Coordinate with vendors and escalate issues to L2 engineers when required.
*Work on ITSM tickets (Incidents,Requests, Changes,
Problems) with accurate documentation.
*Conduct weekly audits of POS usage and ensure compliance reporting
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
*BE/BTech/Diploma with 3-4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software,and network issues.
*Experience in vendor coordination and ITSM tools.
