Job Title: OT Support (Windows/Server)
Service Delivery (Operations Lead) - L2


Location: Mundra, Gujarat


Experience: 2-3 YRS


We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery -
Operations Lead (L2) to ensure seamless IT operations and business continuity across key terminals CT2, T2, Tuna, CT3, West Port, SPRH,
CT4, and Project sites at Mundra.


Key Responsibilities:
Ensure continuity of operations by proactively managing network and application outages,coordinating power issues, and providing daily operational reports.


Represent IT during daily business operations meetings, ensuring smooth communication between business and IT teams.


Maintain process compliance by ensuring accuracy and completeness of data within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).


Collaborate with Network and Data Centre teams to resolve technical issues swiftly.
Track and coordinate resolution of:
Application availability issues affecting business operations.
Device-related issues (QC, RTG, RMGCS, etc.).
Outages at high masts due to network or power failures.
IT outage issues with the engineering team.


Who You Are:
A strong communicator with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
Skilled in managing IT operations and ensuring system uptime in a complex, multi-site environment.


Hands-on experience in network operations, incident management, and service delivery processes.
