I Ensure continuity of 0perations by managing Network outages, Application 
coordinating power issues, reporting issues on a daily CMDB
Ensure representation of IT at daily business operations meetings by interacting.
I Ensure process compliance like managing accuracy and completeness of data in
to day issues.
&Work with IT Network and Data centre to reset
E Work with IT Network and Data centre to resolve day
to day issues.
application availability issues faced by business Devices related issues faced by operators- QC, RTG,RMGCs etc
