Job Description:
Arvind Smart Spaces Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic IT Support Engineer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in providing VIP and Executive-level IT support. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional with strong communication,troubleshooting, and coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional technical support to VIP users and executives, both onsite and remotely.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot client hardware and software efficiently.
Mentor and train L1 engineers and new team members.
Manage tickets, handle escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.
Coordinate seamlessly with vendors and third-party support partners.
Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, backups, 'IT inventory records.
Ensure all software licenses comply with
organizational and OEM quidelines.
Provide step-by-step technical guidance to users with clarity and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
BE/BTech/Diploma in IT or related discipline.
5-6 years of experience in IT support with proven VIP/Executive support exposure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional coordination, problem-solving, and vendor management abilities.
Ability to work independently and contribute as a key technical specialist.
