🔹 Role Overview:
As a Channel Sales Manager – OEM, you will be responsible for driving motor insurance sales through OEM dealerships and building long-term partnerships.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive motor insurance sales via OEM & automobile dealerships
✅ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership teams
✅ Educate customers on policy features, benefits & add-ons
✅ Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company processes
🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile:
🎯 1–4 years of experience in Insurance / OEM / Dealership Sales
🎯 Strong communication & relationship-management skills
🎯 Target-oriented with a passion for field sales
