Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; report findings and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate EHS training and awareness programs for staff.
Maintain and manage safety documentation, permits, and records.
Serve as the point of contact for emergency response and preparedness.
Promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship across all departments.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.

4 +years of experience in a similar role preference

Industry type, e.g., manufacturing, construction.

Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are a plus.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and
problem-solving abilities.
