The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and managing ongoing projects. You will work closely with our development team to align our offerings with market demands and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the gaming, interactive software, and training simulation sectors.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications:
