Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing banking and investment relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI), driving business growth, and providing exceptional customer service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their career in the financial services industry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and grow banking and investment relationships with current HNI clients.
- Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by exceeding client expectations.
- Identify and nurture potential relationships with additional revenue potential.
- Business Development:
- Generate incremental business by proactively selling a full range of consumer and commercial products to current and potential HNI clients.
- Drive higher product and channel penetration to deepen relationships and increase wallet share.
- Customer Engagement:
- Ensure portfolio quality by regularly engaging with each mapped relationship and maintaining desired relationship values.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service and sales satisfaction for mapped clients.
- Investment Advisory:
- Provide financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI clients.
- Drive revenue generation through products such as mutual funds, investments, and insurance.
- Process and Audit:
- Ensure all sales activities are recorded online as per organizational processes.
- Capture and maximize business opportunities through detailed client profiling.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in banking or wealth management is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Basic understanding of financial products and investment strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
