Position: Executive – HR & Admin
Industry: Metal Manufacturing Plant
Location: Mundra
Qualification: Graduate + Master Degree (HR / MSW / MBA-HR)
Experience : 3 – 4 Years
Salary: 3 – 5 LPA

Job Role (Brief JD):
Handle HR Generalist activities – recruitment, onboarding & exit formalities
Maintain attendance, leave, payroll coordination & HR records
Support statutory & labor law compliance (PF, ESIC, CLRA, etc.)
Manage admin activities – office coordination, vendors & facilities
Assist in employee engagement & day-to-day HR operations
Preferred: Experience in Manufacturing / Plant HR
