Position : Production / Operations Supervisor
* We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our laminate and timber manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills and experience in managing shop floor operations.
Qualification :
* Diploma / Graduation in any relevant field preferred
* 12th Pass with strong supervisory experience can also apply
Experience :
* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in supervising production or operations
* Experience in laminate, plywood, timber, or manufacturing industry will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily production activities and workforce
* Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
* Monitor machine operations and workflow
* Maintain discipline and safety on the shop floor
* Coordinate with management and report daily progress
Skills Required :
* Leadership and team handling skills
* Good communication abilities
* Problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Knowledge of manufacturing processe
