We are hiring for reputed client in Shipping Industry.


Looking for candidate having Min 3 to 5 years of experience in Shipping and Lines.


Job Description :


  1. Documentation: 

 

  1. 1. Preparing Post & pre Export shipment Documents , Invoice , PL , COO , AIFTA communication with shipping line , forwarders & CHA
  2. 2. Preparation of all drafts: BL draft, Phyto draft & COO draft
  3. 3. Preparation of all certificates: COC, GSP, GSTP, ASEAN
  4. 4. SI Filing
  5. 5. VGM Updating Form13
  6. 6. Releasing BL
  7. 7. Communication with the Shippers as well as Liners.

 

  1. Customer Service:

  3. 1. Timely execution of inquiry  to  one respective desk.
  4. 2. Attending RFQ/ customer call,  customer  complaints etc.
  5. 3. Quick response from every  complaint, suggestion received  from clients.
  6. 4. Follow  up with customers on enquiries  received &  giving  solution in times.
  7. 5. Managing good relations with the customers/NOVCC/MLO/FF
  8. 6. Follow up for  recovery  of payment  more than agreed  terms  from clients.
