Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting student admissions and enhancing the visibility of the school through marketing, branding, community outreach, and promotional activities. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, coordinating admission drives, and building relationships with parents and community stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Enrollment Support
- Support student admission campaigns and enrollment initiatives.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective parents and admission inquiries.
- Organize school visits, open houses, and admission events.
- Maintain admission-related databases and prepare reports.
Marketing & Branding
- Develop and execute marketing activities to promote the school.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies for promotional materials.
- Ensure consistency of the school's brand identity across all communication channels.
- Create marketing content including brochures, flyers, presentations, and newsletters.
Digital Marketing
- Manage and update the school's social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance.
- Support website content updates and promotional campaigns.
Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local communities, educational institutions, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate outreach programs, educational fairs, and community events.
- Represent the school at marketing and promotional events.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain records of marketing activities and admission leads.
- Prepare monthly reports on marketing initiatives and admissions progress.
- Track campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, admissions, branding, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and networking abilities.
- Social media and digital marketing knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Compensation

Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel within the local area for promotional activities.
