Job Summary:

Aga Khan School, Mundra (CBSE) is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to support effective laboratory teaching and learning by maintaining lab facilities, assisting during practical sessions, and ensuring safety and compliance with school and CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers during Science / Computer laboratory practicals
• Prepare materials, equipment, and solutions for experiments
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and discipline
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and upkeep of lab equipment
• Maintain stock registers, inventories, and lab records
• Follow safety protocols and support first-aid procedures when required
• Report maintenance or replacement needs to concerned authorities

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Graduate in Science or relevant field
• Laboratory training or certification preferred

Experience:

3 to 5 years of experience as a Lab Assistant

School laboratory experience preferred

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety norms

Organized, careful, and attentive to detail

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students
