Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spare Parts Executive to join our car dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the inventory, ordering, and issuing of automotive spare parts. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience in store or warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming spare parts and accessories

Maintain accurate records of stock levels and update inventory systems

Issue parts to technicians based on job requirements

Coordinate with service advisors and workshop team for timely parts availability

Assist in ordering stock from suppliers as per demand

Handle parts returns, warranty claims, and documentation

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of spare parts

Participate in regular stock audits and inventory checks

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store area

Key Skills Required:

Basic understanding of automotive spare parts (training will be provided)

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory software)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a team and follow processes
