Key Responsibilities:
Manage plant operations, manpower, and production planning.
Ensure smooth functioning of recycling machinery and process optimization.
Coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical teams for maintenance and repairs.
Implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are maintained.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in a recycling or manufacturing plant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Hands-on experience in production, maintenance, and operations.

2 Electrical Manager
Location: Mundra, Gujarat
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to oversee electrical systems and maintenance activities in our recycling plant. The candidate will
ensure uninterrupted power supply, safety
compliance, and smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation, maintenance, and
troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
Ensure proper functioning of control panels, motors,and power distribution systems.
Coordinate with the mechanical and production teams for smooth operations.
Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and maintain documentation.
Ensure all electrical activities comply with safety and statutory norms.
Skills & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years of experience in industrial or recycling plant maintenance.
Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, PLCs, and safety protocols.
Ability to lead and train electricians and technical staff.

3 Mechanical Manager
Location: Mundra, Gujarat
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Mechanical Manager to lead the maintenance and operation of mechanical systems in our recycling plant. The role involves ensuring high
equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, and process efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance and repair of plant machinery and mechanical equipment.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with the production and electrical departments for smooth operations.
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
Skills & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in industrial or recycling plant maintenance.
Strong knowledge of conveyors, crushers, blowers,and other recycling machinery.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of technicians and fitters.
