Description:
- Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, providing clear details on shipping schedules, costs, and documentation, while ensuring prompt follow-ups and resolving any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain import-export data, third-party pendency, status tracking, and shipment movement sheets.
- Monitor and update daily sheets to track import/export progress.
- Assist customers with documentation process and inquiries related to shipments and CFS charges.
- Maintain clear communication across various channels (phone, email, chat) with customers, Customs House Agents (CHAs), shipping lines, and internal teams.
- Generate reports based on management requirements. Ensuring data accuracy & Timely updates.
- Address customer inquiries about container handling, shipment status (Gate-in/Gate-out, Empty pick-up), and any possible delays.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data or processes and resolve the by coordinate with relevant departments.
