Aspire Disruptive Skill Foundation : Solar Trainer

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on solar energy, solar PV systems, and renewable energy technologies.
• Train candidates in solar panel installation, wiring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
• Deliver training as per the prescribed curriculum, industry standards, and project guidelines.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations using solar training kits, tools, and equipment.
• Develop trainees’ technical skills, employability, and workplace readiness.
• Maintain daily attendance, training records, assessment reports, and other project documentation.
• Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate trainees’ learning progress and technical competencies.
• Support mobilization, counselling, and engagement of candidates in coordination with the project team.
• Coordinate with CSR project coordinators, implementation partners, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training activities.
• Support candidates in placement, apprenticeship, and employment opportunities in the solar and renewable energy sectors.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards during practical training.
• Monitor batch progress and help achieve training, certification, assessment, and placement targets as per CSR project requirements.
• Prepare regular progress reports, success stories, and other reports required by the project management team.
• Promote awareness of renewable energy, sustainability, and green jobs among trainees and the local community.
