1.Create and maintain comprehensive export documentation checklists.

2.Ensure all export documents comply with relevant regulations and customer requirements.

3.Utilize ODEX and Royal Impex systems for efficient documentation processing.

4.Verify accuracy and completeness of export documentation.

5.Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to resolve documentation discrepancies.

6.Stay updated on export regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in export documentation.

Strong working knowledge of ODEX and Royal Impex systems.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of export compliance.
