Material Handling: Load raw materials into the production line and safely handle finished solar products.
Quality & Defect Checks: Perform routine inline inspections, check for product defects, and ensure standards are met.
Maintenance Support: Assist engineering teams with basic machine cleanliness, preventive maintenance, and reporting technical breakdowns immediately.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict discipline, follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), use required PPE, and participate in shift toolbox talk
