Company At Ahmedabad : Export & Import Sales Executive

We are looking for a hardcore Export–Import Sales Professional to strengthen our sales team in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring customers, developing relationships with exporters/importers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Department: Sales – Freight Forwarding
Experience: 2–3 Years in Export/Import Sales / Freight Forwarding
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new business leads through market visits, cold calling, references, networking, and other sales activities.
2. Identify and approach exporters, importers, manufacturers, traders, and corporate clients for freight forwarding requirements.
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
4. Generate business for Sea Freight, Air Freight, Export & Import shipments, and related logistics services.
5. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable logistics/freight solutions.
6. Prepare and submit quotations and follow up regularly for business conversion.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
8. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update management regarding leads and business opportunities.
9. Coordinate with the Operations, Documentation, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
10. Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending business opportunities.
11. Conduct regular market visits and keep track of competitor activities and market rates.
12. Develop long-term relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for increasing business volume.
13. Maintain proper records of customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions.
