*📌 Position Overview:*
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to manage import-export documentation, liaise with freight forwarders and customs, and ensure timely shipping operations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with processes and experienced in the pharmaceutical or logistics domain.

*🔑 Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle day-to-day import-export operations and related documentation.
* Prepare Export-Import documents, including VGM and E-way Bills.
* Coordinate with CHAs, freight forwarders, and transporters to arrange shipments.
* Ensure accurate preparation and timely sharing of customs documents (e.g., Bill of Entry, Bill of Export, LUT/Bond Register).
* Maintain up-to-date packing lists and invoicing as per SOP.
* Manage SEZ and customs documentation including the E-Sealing process.
* Obtain customs permissions as required.
* Provide necessary documentation to CHAs for import/export clearance.
* Verify and process invoices from CHAs, shipping lines, and transporters.
* Monitor and manage planned arrivals and dispatches based on internal schedules.
* Coordinate closely with procurement, inbound, and logistics teams.
* Negotiate rates with forwarders and transporters when necessary.
* Perform data entry tasks and maintain systematic records.
* Act as a backup for environmental and sustainability reporting.
* Generate Business Intelligence reports using AX/BI tools.
* Perform critical analysis of reports and suggest operational improvements.

*✅ Candidate Profile:*
Education: Graduate in Engineering, Science, Pharma, or Commerce
Experience: Minimum 2 years in shipping, import-export, supply chain, or logistics; experience in documentation preferred

*Technical Skills:*
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, What-If Analysis)
ERP knowledge (D365, SAP, or similar)
Familiarity with Incoterms, shipping terms, and global trade compliance

*Soft Skills:*
Strong coordination and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues effectively
Commercially aware with a positive attitude
Team player with multitasking capabilities
