Description:

Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, providing clear details on shipping schedules, costs, and documentation, while ensuring prompt follow-ups and resolving any issues to maintain customer satisfaction. 

Maintain import-export data, third-party pendency, status tracking, and shipment movement sheets.

Monitor and update daily sheets to track import/export progress.

Assist customers with documentation process and inquiries related to shipments and CFS charges.

Maintain clear communication across various channels (phone, email, chat) with customers, Customs House Agents (CHAs), shipping lines, and internal teams.

Generate reports based on management requirements. Ensuring data accuracy & Timely updates.

Address customer inquiries about container handling, shipment status (Gate-in/Gate-out, Empty pick-up), and any possible delays.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in data or processes and resolve the by coordinate with relevant departments.
