Job Description

Flamingo Architects is a multidisciplinary design studio working on residential, institutional, and mixed-use projects across India and international contexts. We are looking for a mature and experienced Administrator who can lead office operations while strengthening the studio’s digital presence and overall work environment.

Role Overview

This role focuses on structuring and streamlining office functions. The candidate will play a key role in improving efficiency, bringing clarity to processes, and contributing to a more organized and proactive studio culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline daily office operations and workflows
  • Manage schedules, documentation systems, and internal coordination
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, consultants, and vendors
  • Assist in proposals, reports, and overall business communication
  • Track invoices, payments, and support basic financial coordination
  • Lead and manage the studio’s digital presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan and execute content strategy aligned with the studio’s work
  • Bring structure, accountability, and a fresh approach to office functioning
  • Support hiring coordination and internal team processes

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in administration, operations, or business management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Background in business administration, management, or similar field
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Ability to take initiative and independently manage responsibilities

Preferred

  • Experience working in creative or design-based environments
  • Familiarity with basic design/content tools (Canva, etc.)
