Role Summary
The ERP Manager will be responsible for managing and improving the company's ERP system, supporting users, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring business processes are effectively automated through ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day ERP operations and user support.
- Gather requirements from business users and stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with internal and external development teams for ERP enhancements and issue resolution.
- Track development progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
- Monitor ERP performance, data accuracy, and process compliance.
- Train users and provide ERP best-practice guidance.
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and integration projects.
Required Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred).
- Strong understanding of business processes, logistics, finance, and operations.
- Ability to convert user requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Experience coordinating with software developers and vendors.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and ERP workflows is an advantage.
Experience & Qualification
- 3+ years of ERP implementation, support, business analysis, or ERP management experience.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, or supply chain industry preferred.
