Job Description
Position – (Production Operator/ Helper)/ પ્રોડક્શન ઓપરેટર / હેલ્પર
- કામના દિવસો (Working Days)– 26 દિવસો (મહિનાના) (26 Days per month)
- ડ્યૂટી / ફરજ (Duty) – 8 કલાક (દિવસ) (8 Hours duty)
- પગાર (Salary/CTC) – કંપની ધારાધોરણ મુજબ ઉચિત પગાર
- આવા – જવાનું પરિવહન (Transportation) – ફ્રી (Bus/Auto Free)
- કેન્ટીન (Canteen) – નોમીનલ ચાર્જ (Nominal Charge)
- મેડિકલ ઈન્સ્યોરેંસ પોલિસી (Medical Insurance for Employee & Family) – કર્મચારી અને કુટુંબની
- ડબલ્યુસી પોલિસી (WC Policy for Employee) – કર્મચારીની
- યુનિફોર્મ (Uniform) & PPEs provided
- ઇપીએફ, બોનસ, ગ્રેચ્યુઇટી, રજાઓ નિયમ મુજબ – PF, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave as per rules)
