Job Description
- Source raw materials such as fabrics, threads, trims, labels and packaging items
Compare prices, quality and lead times to select suitable vendors
Raise purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery
Coordinate with the production and planning teams to understand requirements
Maintain records of purchases, deliveries and price lists
Track stock levels and support inventory planning
Resolve issues related to supply delays, shortages or quality concerns
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Ensure all purchases follow company procedures and cost guidelines
