Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office / plant / site
  • Handle office facilities management including housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and service contracts
  • Maintain records related to admin activities, bills, invoices, and agreements
  • Monitor attendance support, visitor management, and access control
  • Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation, and vehicle management for employees and visitors
  • Support HR team in administrative tasks such as onboarding logistics, ID cards, and employee documents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements related to administration
  • Manage asset inventory (office equipment, furniture, IT assets in coordination with IT team)
  • Handle petty cash and track admin expenses within approved budgets
  • Liaise with government offices, local authorities, and service providers as required
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities


Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
