Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office / plant / site
- Handle office facilities management including housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC, and service contracts
- Maintain records related to admin activities, bills, invoices, and agreements
- Monitor attendance support, visitor management, and access control
- Assist in travel arrangements, accommodation, and vehicle management for employees and visitors
- Support HR team in administrative tasks such as onboarding logistics, ID cards, and employee documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements related to administration
- Manage asset inventory (office equipment, furniture, IT assets in coordination with IT team)
- Handle petty cash and track admin expenses within approved budgets
- Liaise with government offices, local authorities, and service providers as required
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities
Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
