Role Overview:
The Pre-Primary Section Head will lead the early years programme, ensuring high standards of teaching, curriculum implementation, child safety, and overall development of students in the pre-primary section.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the Pre-Primary section
Supervise and mentor Pre-Primary teachers
Ensure effective implementation of the Early Childhood curriculum
Monitor lesson planning, classroom practices, and student progress
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
Coordinate parent meetings and orientation programmes
Ensure child safety, hygiene, and wellbeing standards
Plan and oversee section events and activities
Maintain documentation and compliance requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with B.Ed.
ECCE/Early Childhood certification preferred
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Pre-Primary, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Key Skills:

Strong communication and coordination skills
