Role Overview:
The Special Educator will support students with diverse learning needs by developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure inclusive education practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify students requiring special education support
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Provide remedial and resource room support
Work closely with teachers to modify curriculum and assessments
Maintain student progress records and documentation
Counsel and guide parents regarding learning strategies
Ensure compliance with inclusive education guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (B.Ed. Special Education / M.Ed. Special Education)
RCI registration preferred
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a school setup
Key Skills:
Knowledge of inclusive education practices
Understanding of learning disabilities (LD), ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder
Strong documentation and assessment skills
Patience and empathy
Collaboration and communication skills
